ChatGPT, what is it? It is chatbot developed by Open AI. Sounds good, but what does even mean and how does it apply to businesses and the marketing industry... According to Sabrina Ortiz, Associate Editor at Zednet ''ChatGPT is a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology that allows you to have human-like conversations and much more with the chatbot. The language model can answer questions and assist you with tasks, such as composing emails, essays, and code''.
Just to give you an idea of how big a deal is according to Sabrina, ChatGPT is the fastest growing application and is expected to reach 100 millions users in 2 months, here's the staggering part to compare it took Tiktok 9 months.
I do truly believe that we are in a new era with the release of new AI tools & applications but I also believe that it is the mind and skill behind the use of these tools that make it work. The way I look at it is through experience you begin to learn the right questions to ask and it is only through that premise that you can get the right answers, the same applies to understanding the answers you may get, AI may spit out a fairly decent response but if you don't understand or know to use it, well it's just a copy and paste and holds little value in reference to industry experience.
